What we collect

When you reserve a product or write to us, we collect what you enter: your email address and, if you provide them, your company name and your message. To measure interest in our products, we also count visits to product pages, without linking them to a person.

What it is used for

Processing your reservation or order and delivering it.
Answering your questions and writing to you about the product you are interested in.
Boralon business communications, which you can stop in one click.

We never sell, rent or transfer your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in secure cloud services used by Boralon (website hosting, private spreadsheet, email management), with access restricted to the Boralon team. It may be hosted outside Québec, with equivalent protections. We keep it as long as it is useful for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, and withdraw your consent. Every Boralon email includes an unsubscribe link.

Person in charge and contact

The person in charge of personal information protection at Boralon answers any request through our contact details page (mailing address and email).
